HAMMER JET

The world's most compact and versatile dryer

The lightweight and ergonomic design, in combination with the specially developed nozzle that hovers over surfaces, provides improved drying performance and a comfortable working position for operators.

  • Road marking - Wiping and cleaning prior to striping/marking jobs on parking lots, roads, runways and aprons.
  • Grouting cracks and joints - Drying and cleaning before grouting.
  • Tape application and removal - Heating the surface and tape adhesive for better quality and easier removal.
  • Membrane work on roof surfaces - Drying roof surfaces before membrane work.
  • Roofing - Heating felt and surfaces with non-combustible hot air.
  • Switch de-icing - Quickly heat and clean switches with hot air without the use of open flames.
  • Application of prefabricated thermoplastic road markings - Avoid burns on thermoplastic materials and work without LPG.

The world's most compact and versatile jet surface dryer

The 24 kg Hammer Jet is the world's lightest, most flexible and mobile jet dryer. It enables drying at speeds of up to 2.5 km/h and is easy to transport and can be used for a variety of applications and industries.

With built-in Telematics, a robust 4.3" display, an efficient and simple filter concept and through the use of an external Makita battery, this machine is the ultimate piece of drying equipment for industries that require outdoor surface drying.

The different nozzle types (20, 30, 35, 50 and 100 cm) and sizes are easily interchangeable and provide optimal performance for specific tasks.

The average fuel consumption is only about 12 liters per hour (15-25 minutes of operation on one tank of fuel).

Turbine service intervals are 100 hours (Annual service check recommended) for optimal performance and a life expectancy of approximately 1000 hours. The turbine module can be replaced in minutes.
